Foundation.

The framework in your own time. Eight modules, roughly four hours of video and reading. A daily-practice guide for the first thirty days. Access to the Inward Calm community: a private, moderated forum of men doing the practice. Includes an intake call if you want it.

Ground · 8-week cohort

Ground.

The middle offer. Structured group learning with peer accountability. Eight weeks, one ninety-minute group call per week, groups of six to ten men. Daily practice log with peer accountability. One private thirty-minute session with the coach at week four. Runs four to six times per year.

Inward Calm 1:1 · 12-week private coaching

Inward Calm 1:1.

High-touch private coaching for men in the middle of a real inflection point. Twelve weekly sixty-minute sessions. Between-session Voxer access. Assessment before week one. A ninety-day plan authored together at week two. One optional partner-included session at week eight for men whose partners want to participate.

The Retreat · annual, in-person

The Retreat.

Once a year. Three days in a considered location: Bay Area, Sedona, or Big Sur. Twenty men doing depth work together. Meditation sits, body work, small-group circles, individual sits with the coach. Foundation or Ground graduate required; the retreat is not an entry point. Meals included; lodging separate.
